· Almond Milk – as much as desired
· Handful of Almonds
· A sprinkle of Chia Seeds
· 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
· Handful of desired Fruit – Banana, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries etc.
· Protein powder – choose your favourite
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and hit go!
